1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of papamo.dev, 1.6 Competitive, and related software and services operated by Papamo Software. By downloading, accessing, or using the services, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You are responsible for information and activity associated with your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information where required and must not impersonate another person, access another user's account without permission, or use the service in violation of applicable age or consent requirements.
3. Fair play and acceptable use
You may not use the services to cheat, manipulate matchmaking or ratings, exploit vulnerabilities, disrupt servers or other users, distribute malware, automate abusive activity, harass others, infringe rights, or evade enforcement. We may investigate suspicious activity and may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect competitive integrity, users, or the service.
4. Software license
Subject to these terms, Papamo Software grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use 1.6 Competitive for personal use. Except where applicable law permits otherwise, you may not sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, defeat security controls, or redistribute proprietary portions of the software without permission.
5. Purchases, points, and digital items
Some features may include paid digital items, points, cosmetics, creator content, or other virtual benefits. Prices, availability, and payment methods may change. Unless required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise at the time of purchase, digital purchases are non-transferable and are not redeemable for cash. We may correct pricing, technical, or fulfillment errors.
6. Creator submissions and revenue sharing
If you submit skins or other content for publication, you represent that you have the rights necessary to submit and commercially distribute that content. Specific publishing terms, revenue share, payouts, exclusivity, review requirements, removal rights, and licenses may be agreed separately with you. We may decline or remove creator content that violates law, third-party rights, platform rules, technical requirements, or our quality standards.
7. Intellectual property and third-party games
Papamo Software retains rights in its software, branding, website, and original content. Counter-Strike, Valve, Steam, and other third-party names, games, services, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. 1.6 Competitive is an independent service and does not grant you rights to third-party software or content.
8. Service availability and changes
The services may change over time and may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, network issues, updates, security events, capacity, third-party dependencies, or other causes. Features, matchmaking regions, rankings, prices, supported platforms, and digital items may be modified, suspended, or discontinued.
9. Termination
You may stop using the services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, fraud, abuse, security threats, legal requirements, or other conduct that materially harms the service or its users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties that they will always be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or suitable for every purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Papamo Software will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or access arising from use of the services.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the services evolve. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the current version. Continued use after updated terms take effect means you accept the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.
